Pittsburgh-based digital artist Nickolay Lamm’s latest project found him visually measuring the popularity of keywords from the Billboard Year-End Hot 100 since 1950, and graphing out the results in digital, color-DNA-chart style. What he found was that love prevails…until recently. British Airways, via Ogilvy 12th Floor, has launched interactive billboards that know when a plane is flying overhead. A digital kiddo on the board stands up, and watches the in-real-life airplane as it crosses the sky. While the call to action is to #lookup, our eyes are on this futuristic advertisement.
